Reservations are only required for overnight dog boarding, if you are intending to bring your dog for day only (daycare) service you are welcome to come by anytime after 7:00am without notice.

Availability will be limited during the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays. A $165.00 (Thanksgiving) or a $300.00 (Christmas) non-refundable, no hardship deposit is required for these time periods. This deposit will be waived for any existing customer who already maintains a pre-paid package with us. Please call to confirm your deposit has been received and your reservation is valid. If you are unable to make your reservation, the unused portion of your deposit will be available to be applied to any future boarding, and/or daycare stays.

We are available for the vast majority of our reservations. Once you have submitted your form you will receive an email auto responder (please check your SPAM folder).

If we cannot accommodate, we contact you directly. Otherwise, having received a confirmation email you are confirmed!

Per Multnomah County regulations we cannot board a dog without a current Rabies vaccine. If your dog’s vaccination is not current by the time of their stay we will not be able to host them even if a reservation has been booked.
